What if I reach the answers limits?: We never, ever delete your users' answers. We understand that their feedback is priceless, so we'll always store answers no matter what. If you reach your plan's limit, we'll simply ask you to upgrade to the next plan. Each plan has a 25% tolerance, giving you extra flexibility, for example, during a particularly busy month we will allow some extra answers. In most cases, the limits are rarely reached if reasonable plan is applied.
What kind of support do you provide?: We offer email support, with no phone or chat options available at this time. We can assist with integrating feedback widgets, creating surveys, analytics, and other related tasks.
Is my payment information secure?: We understand your concern about sharing payment information. Rest assured, all payments are securely processed through Stripe, and your credit card details never enter our system. We only receive partial information for reference in your account, purely for informational purposes.
What is your refund policy?: If you request a refund within 14 days, we’ll return 100% of your payment. No questions asked.
Do you offer student discounts?: We offer students a significant discount on our prices. A valid student id is required. Send us an email for more information.
